Your 3-Day Business Acceleration Intensive Agenda & Venue Information

Venue Details:

The venue for each Business Acceleration Intensive event is different, based on the city we’re hosting the event and the availability of space, however we strive to provide a unique, comfortable setting that is easily accessible both for people who live near the event as well as those flying in.

For that reason, we usually hold the event at a hotel near the airport.

We also try to negotiate a room rate on behalf of our clients, with per-night prices often coming in around $109 – $129 per person, per night.  While we do our best to get the best possible rate, these are provided as estimates only and we make no guarantee that this will be the case for your specific event location.

The specifics of your event venue will be provided to you after you have completed your registration.

Pre-registration is required for ALL Mighty Ventures events unless specific arrangements are made with us in advance.

Your Business Acceleration Intensive 3-Day Agenda

This agenda is provided “as is” for you to get a general sense of how the weekend will progress.  We reserve the right to modify the start and end times except the event end time on the final day so that you can effectively plan your transportation home, if needed.

Event Day 1 (usually Friday)
  • 8am – Registration Opens
  • 9am – Event Begins
  • 6pm – Event Day Ends
  • Group Dinner Friday Evening
Event Day 2 (usually Saturday)
  • 9am – Event Begins
  • 6pm – Event Day Ends
  • Group Dinner Saturday Evening
Event Day 3 (usually Sunday)
  • 9am Event Begin
  • 5pm Event Ends

NOTE: To ensure you and all participants get the most value out of the weekend, we ask that you plan to arrive Thursday evening and do not schedule departure flights before 7pm on Sunday evening.
